Workforce Summit 2024
The EDF is excited to host a Workforce Summit on November 12 at the Chamber of Commerce building in Greenwood from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. This event will bring together regional workforce partners and local business and industry leaders to explore collaborative opportunities to strengthen the local workforce.
The Workforce Summit will feature panel discussions highlighting workforce programs available in the area. Organizations participating include Accelerate Mississippi, Delta Health Alliance, Greenwood Leflore School District, the MDCC Capps Center, the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services, South Delta Planning and Development District, and the WIN Job Center.
This will be a valuable opportunity for business leaders to connect with workforce partners and explore ways to address workforce challenges and grow local talent.

As the founder of Second Stride Workforce Solutions, Bradley leads a team devoted to creating tailored reentry pathways that include career counseling, skills training, and job placement. Second Stride operates with a mission to unlock each individual’s potential and build pathways to economic independence and community contribution. Bradley’s leadership and advocacy for fair employment policies have left a mark at both state and national levels, where he is recognized as a thought leader in workforce reentry and policy reform. He brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to sharing best practices for creating positive change.
